Items that are available now (no pre-order required)
  • On average, the delivery date is 10-14 business days after the order transaction is completed online.  All products are made to order and shipped directly to the address provided at checkout once completed.  During holiday seasons, an additional 1-2 business days may be added to the delivery process.
  • Performance hoodie items will take a little longer with a delivery date expected 14-21 business days after the order transaction is completed online.

Shipping/Delivery of Items:
  • All orders will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
  • Items may be sent as they are completed, so you may receive multiple deliveries if multiple items were ordered.
  • You will get an email notification with the order number.
  • Updates are also sent when the order is shipped with tracking information, and notification of delivery is also sent via email.
  • You may opt in for text notifications, and can get the same updates via Shop.

Please NOTE:  Priority shipping does NOT expedite the production process, and may only reduce shipping timeframe by a day or couple of days.

Pre-Order Items

What is the order deadline for the pre-order items?

Pre-order items are available for sale in limited quantities. Once the ordering window closes the product will be sent to production. The first JustJules Pre-Order deadline is Wednesday, April 24th by 5 PM CST.

When will you ship my pre-order item(s)?

Preorder items will NOT ship immediately, as these specialty items and take a little more time for production.  The estimated shipping date for the first pre-order deadline is: May 29, 2024

Orders are expected to be delivered to the address provided at checkout within 5-7 business days of this date for most United States locations for items purchased via pre-order.

Will express shipping options allow my item(s) to arrive a lot faster?

When is the next pre-order deadline?

The next pre-order deadline will be determined at a later date based on prior pre-order response and product availability.

Apparel

What types of fit and fabric is used?
  • “Fitted” shirts will be smaller compared to standard sizes. Consider ordering two sizes larger for a more standard fit with the “fitted” shirt.
  • Fabric blends of tri-blend or 2 fabrics, such as cotton and polyester, will be softer and lighter weight shirts.
  • Please see shirts labeled 100% cotton if sensitive to other fabric blends.

If another shirt design is not listed in the 100% cotton, please Contact Us and let us know so we may see if that design can be ordered in 100% cotton.
