Once you've completed an order online you will also receive a confirmation email to the email you provided during checkout. Please check your junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. It will be coming from chalklifeclothing@gmail.com. 

Orders are received approximately 10-14 business days after the order is placed online.  Some orders, such as youth shirts, may take longer due to availability of sizes from the t-shirt company.

Express shipping typically allows for 1-3 days faster delivery, depending on your location in the continuous 48 states, compared to the standard delivery option.  Please note: If express shipping options are available, it doesnotexpedite the shirt or accessory printing process.

The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order.

All orders are shipped with USPS unless you select Priority Shipping which is shipped with UPS.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel.

Please see the description for fabric options on shirts and accessories for complete details.  Our shirts are typically made from tri-blend materials for a lighter weight fabric or 100% combed cotton for those that may be sensitive to other options.

If you see a design that is not available in a fabric that works best for you, please send us a note so we can see if it may be possible to offer alternative options.
